Cooking on the Farm

Experience the flavors of Randall’s Island Park Alliance’s Urban Farm through this free, interactive cooking demonstration! Join an experienced chef in the Urban Farm Kitchen for an afternoon of farm-to-table fun. After learning about the cultural significance of the recipe and its freshly harvested ingredients, participants will work together to chop, crush, and stir fresh ingredients, and enjoy a small plate of the finished dish. Guests will leave with new knowledge of how to use seasonal produce to cook a healthy and delicious meal. Registration is required. The link will open 2 weeks before the workshop.
