May We Dance is an invitation to aliveness— a return to the body, to rhythm, to the simple medicine of moving together. Through sound, movement, and shared presence, we gather to remember what it feels like to be fully here. Ecstatic Dance is a form of freeform movement where participants let go of inhibitions and dance to the rhythm of the music without following any structured steps or routines. It’s a way to express oneself authentically through movement in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
