Film Works Alfresco presents Calle 54 Monday, June 8 – 105 minutes. Spanish Documentary with English subtitles (2000, Spain). Appropriate for families. Pre-show performance by Uptown Royalty at 7:30pm. Calle 54 is a vibrant 2000 documentary by Fernando Trueba celebrating Latin jazz through intimate, uninterrupted studio performances by legendary musicians like Tito Puente, Chucho and Bebo Valdés, Paquito D’Rivera, and Michel Camilo. Programming: 7:30pm – Pre-show live performance 8:30pm (approximately) – Feature Presentation Programming will take place rain or shine at The Hudson, located at Dyckman Marina in Inwood Hill Park, 348 Dyckman Street, New York, NY 10034. Food and drink available for purchase until 9pm. Free admission. Donations appreciated. The Hudson 348 Dyckman St New York, NY 10034 Seating for 100 people will be provided on first-come first served basis, but you can also bring your own folding chairs if you prefer, to guarantee your seat.
