The Rent Stabilization Department is excited to launch a new series of Monthly Workshops on Rent Stabilization Topics for 2025. These workshops are designed to provide tenants and landlords with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate Pasadena’s rent stabilization policies effectively. Each month, Helen Morales, Director of the Rent Stabilization Department, along with the department’s team, will lead discussions, offer expert insights, and answer participant questions. These workshops will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm at the Los Robles Building (199 South Los Robles Ave., Conference Room 1 FL). Residents can participate in person or virtually via Zoom at Bit.ly/MonthlyRSDWorkshops.
