Festival Unwind Yoga

$10 donation suggested at the door. Limited tickets available! The event is at Nourishing Heart Studio. Students of all levels are welcome to join these accessible practices and are encouraged to work at their own pace. Participants may drop in or leave as they choose. Multiple teachers will be on hand to demonstrate. Lotus Festival artists are invited to participate in these yoga sessions along with Festival patrons and the general public.
