Join us Friday, July 3rd as we welcome Skew Yew to Loughlin Vineyard for an evening of live-fire cooking and perfectly paired wines to kick off the holiday weekend. Their signature hardwood charcoal-grilled skewers bring bold flavors to the vineyard, from Prime Steak with charred peppers and onions to Coastal Shrimp and Tropical Chicken with fire-roasted pineapple. Pair each skewer with a glass of Loughlin wine and discover how Long Island wine and backyard grilling were made for each other. Enjoy live music by David Moriarity from 4:30-7:30pm. Whether you're enjoying a crisp Sauvignon Blanc alongside grilled shrimp, our Pinky Rosé with tropical chicken, or a glass of Merlot with steak fresh off the grill, this is a pairing experience built for summer evenings on the vineyard.
