From Luminary Arts Center

Triple Espresso: A Highly Caffeinated Comedy is back in Minneapolis, MN for 3 weeks only at the Luminary Arts Center (North Loop near Target Field). Triple Espresso tells the story of three guys whose bid for showbiz fame and fortune ended in 4-minutes of magnificent failure on national television. Hugh Butternut, Buzz Maxwell, and Bobby Bean tell their rags-to-rags story earnestly, with hysterical results. Butternut is a musician, a vulnerable soul with a lounge lizard smile; Maxwell is an uncertain magician with an attitude; and Bean is an irrepressible, all-over-the-map entertainer with big dreams. The laughter is infectious, and the comedy appeals to everyone from first graders to college students to baby boomers. Duration: 90 minutes. No intermission. Coming with a group? Groups of 10+ can get $5 off per ticket! Please call the box office at 612-333-6669 to get group pricing. Important Seating Information: This venue features stadium-style seating that ascends from the stage. For guests who may have difficulty navigating stairs, we recommend selecting seats at cabaret tables or within the first few rows for easier access and comfort. Where is the Venue: The Luminary Arts Center is located at 700 North 1st Street in Minneapolis’ historic and vibrant North Loop neighborhood, just steps from the Mississippi River and nearby popular landmarks like Target Field, the Stone Arch Bridge, and the Guthrie Theatre. The Luminary Arts Center is located a few doors down from the iconic Acme Comedy Club and a few blocks away from the best restaurants in town. Parking: Two well-lit parking lots are located directly across from the Luminary Arts Center (Luminary Arts Center Lot/Itasca IMPARK Lot). Additional street parking is also available, with many meters that are free after 6pm. The Luminary Arts Center is easily accessible via public transit and rideshare services. Accessibility: The Luminary Arts Center features elevators and ramps for easy accessibility. For patrons requiring wheelchair access or with other accessibility needs, please contact Patron Services prior to your event at 612-333-6669, and our team will be happy to assist you. Stairs are required to access all seats except those in row A and cabaret seating. There are railings on all staircases. Tickets are non-refundable. Contact the Box Office for exchanges.
