Beginners Foraging Workshop: Fruits and Seeds

Illinois is home to several plants that produce edible seeds and fruits, including persimmons, pawpaws, and walnuts. We will learn about some of these tasty treats, go outside to see what we can find, and finish in the kitchen to sample something made with native fruit pulp.
