Bark and Meow Around the Block

Join Berkeley Humane for Bark (& Meow) Around the Block, California’s largest single-location adoption event, where more than 30 Bay Area shelters and rescue organizations will gather with hundreds of dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens searching for new loving homes. With most adoption fees waived or reduced, there has never been a better time to welcome a new companion into your family. Marin Humane will be there with lots of adorable kittens! Admission is free, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy, including live music, delicious food and local beer, shopping with pet and community vendors, family-friendly activities, and plenty of opportunities to meet amazing adoptable animals. Whether you’re ready to adopt, thinking about fostering, or simply want to spend the day celebrating animals and the people who care for them, your attendance helps shine a spotlight on homeless pets and supports the lifesaving work of shelters and rescues across the Bay Area.
