Join Physical Therapist Ariel Painter from Bayada Home Health Care for an engaging class designed to help you move with greater confidence, strength, and balance. This interactive session combines education with guided exercise, teaching you why certain movements are important and how they support everyday activities like getting out of a chair, climbing stairs, walking safely, and maintaining your independence. Throughout the class, you'll learn practical strategies to improve posture, build functional strength, enhance balance, and reduce your risk of falls—all while practicing simple, effective movements that can be incorporated into your daily routine. Whether you're looking to stay active, prevent injury, or simply move more comfortably, you'll leave with valuable knowledge, easy-to-use exercises, and greater confidence in your ability to stay healthy and independent. Co-sponsored by The Reserve at Falls Church and Bayada Home Health Care.
