History Community Day Series

Commemorate America 250 and discover the history in your own backyard! M-NCPPC invites you to free Community Days at historic sites and museums throughout Prince George’s County. Explore local stories, meet community partners, and experience the people and places that make our county’s history so unique. You can also get your Pastport to History stamped on Community Days! Community days are held on Saturdays from 11 am to 2 pm. Find the historic site near you, pack a picnic lunch, bring your people, and enjoy free activities designed for all ages! FREE activities include: Guided & self-guided museum tours Exhibition openings Scavenger hunts Hands-on workshops Community portrait gallery Cooking demos Arts and crafts Storytelling Giveaways (while supplies last!)
