Get ready to move, laugh, and make some healthy choices. Participants will play a fun, fitness-themed version of Let’s Make a Deal. Mystery bags, boxes or envelopes may include light fitness challenges, wellness questions, or a surprise. Just like the show, you can keep what you have or trade it for a healthy deal. Oh, and you can dress in costume for the fun and fitness of it.
