Nanny Assis is a drummer, percussionist, guitarist, singer-songwriter, and more who plays fusions of Brazilian jazz, Bossa Nova, Forró, and Afro-Brazilian sounds. With over 30 years of playing with greats such as Janis Siegel, and João Donato, among others, this show will get your feet moving and tapping. His translation of rhythms and notes is of pure essence—it will grab hold of you the whole night.
