This full body circuit workout is designed to hit major muscle groups and energy systems. In this single session for May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month, our fitness instructor Pat Wright will use techniques which balance strength, cardio, and flexibility. As a bonus, she will provide educational information that will explain the whys and hows for each exercise. Bring your energy for this activity, and of course some water!
