Explore the foundations of mindfulness and the science behind meditation. This fall, the Center for Health and Wellbeing invites MCPHS faculty and staff to participate in a five-part mindfulness series designed to introduce practical strategies for reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and supporting overall wellbeing. The series begins with an in-person presentation from nationally recognized meditation researcher Sara Lazar, PhD, followed by four virtual sessions led by MCPHS faculty. Participants will explore mindfulness through guided meditation, reflection, and practical exercises they can incorporate into everyday life.
