Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience held in the Azalea Lodge at Mead Botanical Garden. Guests will be immersed into the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, flutes, and other resonant instruments designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and nourish the spirit. This meditative experience offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the power of healing sound and softness. Program: Sound Bath at the Garden Instructor: Emma Koi, Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center Date: Select Sundays – August 16, September 20, October 25, November 22 Doors open: 3:45 P.M. Program Time: 4:00 – 5:00 P.M. (Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.) Location: Azaela Lodge, Mead Botanical Garden, 1300 S. Denning Drive Winter Park, FL**Exception: 11/22 program will be held on the Grove Stage (See map for location) What to Bring: A yoga mat and water. Blankets and pillows are welcome too. ( A limited supply of extra yoga mats are available to borrow if needed.)
