Snow Globe Wall Hanging is a wintery scene encased in a snow globe; featuring a lush pine tree and an adorable snowman waving, complete with actual floating snowflakes. The Pine Tree background quilting and vinyl over the snow globe make this snow globe come to life. The border features swirling snowflakes. You could also enhance your border by attaching 3D snowflakes wherever you chose on your completed wall hanging. A fun quick wall hanging in two sizes, Snow Globes! Small Finish Size: 12” x 22” Large Finish Size: 18” x 34” Bring USB stick (designs will be purchased day of class with a discount!) *Polymesh stabilizer, stabilizer to fit the hoop *Fabric 1: Background - FQ *Fabric 2: Globe base - FQ *Fabric 3: Globe background – FQ *Optional Globe cover – OESD clear vinyl *Fabric 4: Snowman and Snowflakes – FQ or OESD White Vinyl *Border, Binding & Backing: 8” block– 1 yard; 5” block - ¾ yard Thread colors: Superior Water Soluble-Extra thread, white, brown, orange, dark green, light green, black, thread to match backgrounds for quilting. Also, I used Kingstar metallic silver, and color for the word January. Instructions for all blocks - I made a notebook with page protectors with all instructions. You receive instructions when you sign up, designs will be uploaded to your usb stick in class. Embroidery machine with embroidery unit, power cord 8” blocks will use the maxi hoop for Bernina machines Large borders will use the maxi hoop for Bernina machines 5” blocks will use the large hoop for Bernina machines 5” blocks will use the 5” x 7” hoop for Babylock machines 8” blocks will use the 9 ½” x 9 ½” for Babylock machines Small borders will use 6” x 10” hoop for Babylock machines I did use some fun extra’s OESD clear vinyl and MonoPoly Invisible thread Please come to class with all fabric cut, we might get to make more blocks depending on sizes of blocks that students will be making. If making the 5” small size you should finish in class and if you are making the 8” version you will be you will be close and for both you will probably put the binding on at home.
