Figure Drawing Essentials with Jon Bolton

A 6-session drawing course designed to inform and improve drawings of the human form. The class covers the construction of a skeleton, proportion control, short-hand measuring techniques, simplifying complex forms, value application, and guides for handling difficult areas like hands, knees, feet, etc. The course culminates in a 3-session figure drawing of a live model where students are guided in creating a fully realized drawing with as much accuracy as possible.
