From Metrowest Kung Fu
Kung Fu students will be working on staff. Students should bring their own staffs to class if they own them. They may also borrow a staff from the school. Tai Chi students will be working on sword. Students should bring their own swords to class if they own them. Wooden or metal swords are acceptable. They may also borrow a sword from the school.
