ZunZún Children’s Fest 2026

Love Is A Verb is a concert with songs about receiving and giving love written and performed by Tati Nuzi & Friends (Inez Barlatier) and commissioned by Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Tati Nuzi’s family is from Ayiti (Haiti) and they taught her to use music as a universal language to connect with people from all over the world. Her trio band is made of guitar, piano and drums and we’ll have a chance to sing, dance and share loving energy together. Con Alma y Fuego traverses the origins and evolution of Afro-Caribbean / Latin jazz highlighting the contributions and music of groundbreaking artists. The show creatively merges live narration with captivating live performances by Metta Quintet to elucidate the degree to which our national character, the American experience and the sound of jazz, have been greatly enhanced and refined by the rich cultural heritages of Africa, Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic among others.
