CHANDLER HISTORY WALK

🌵Desert Roots: Chandler History Walk Discover Chandler’s Foundations with a Comedic Twist Step off the beaten path and into the untamed past of downtown Chandler … where cattle once roamed, citrus bloomed, and pioneers laid the groundwork for one of Arizona’s fastest-growing cities. Desert Roots isn’t your average history tour … it’s a time-traveling stroll with a few extra punchlines, brought to you by the actual comedians of Mic Drop Comedy. For 65 fascinating (and surprisingly funny) minutes, we’ll walk through the city’s historic core, unpacking stories of early 1900s general stores, silent film theaters, electric-firsts, and Chandler’s original vision for a community-centered desert oasis. You’ll learn about the legendary “Five C’s of Arizona,” tour preserved architectural gems, and uncover the lesser-known figures who helped shape this resilient town. Join us for captivating history, local lore, and humor that hits harder than an Arizona summer. Whether you’re a local, a curious traveler, or someone who just appreciates a side of sarcasm with their civic facts, this tour is for you. 📍 Starts & Ends: Mic Drop Comedy Chandler 51 E Boston St, Chandler, AZ 85225 🕓 Tour Duration: Approximately 65 minutes Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and meet your guide. 🎟️ Tickets Include: A professionally guided, 65 minute walking tour 1 VIP return ticket to a Mic Drop Comedy show of your choice (valid for non-special events Non-stop storytelling from comedians who actually know what they’re talking about A new appreciation for Arizona’s quirky, gritty, and inspiring history A great time for ages 9 👟 Wear comfy shoes 🧃 Bring water 😄 Prepare to laugh and learn 💸 Tips appreciated … we’re comedians, not historians with tenure No refunds or exchanges.
