Friends of Shelby & BikeFun - Pedal the Park

Twice a month, we'll cruise along the Shelby Bottoms Greenway starting from the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center Trailhead for a casual, no-drop ride, approximately 1 hour round-trip. This ride supports new and returning bicycle riders of all abilities (ages 10+) who want to enjoy bicycle riding in a no-pressure, encouraging environment. We will learn more about the hows and whys of greenway riding and basic bicycle maintenance. Meet up near the Nature Center starting at 5 pm for a bike inspection and hang out. We’ll provide a safety overview and check everyone’s tires. At 5:30 we roll out! All children must be accompanied by an adult. Want to borrow a bike? We can help!
