Still and Bright exhibition

The year ends quietly on the coast. The light arrives low and long. The nights are longer than the days. In this kind of dark, certain things hold their light; glass, stone, a painting on a wall, a vase that carries the shape of something made by hand. The work in this final exhibition of the year is about that holding. What remains luminous when everything else goes still. What we carry into the new year because we cannot leave it behind.
