Guided Bird Walk - Kumeyaay Lake

Description: Join MTRP bird walk leaders for a guided bird walk along the shore of Kumeyaay Lake. The fall months may yield some migratory warblers, sparrows, and waterfowl. Kumeyaay Lake often surprises us if we take the time to stop, look, and listen. This bird walk is designed for beginning or newer birdwatchers, but all skill levels are welcome to attend. Meet in the Kumeyaay Lake Campground day use parking lot. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
