(Both concerts at 4 pm due to Superbowl—again!) One of Tchaikovsky’s most enduring and beloved works, Serenade for Strings, will make you swoon with its unmatched Romantic fervor. The deeply philosophical Cavatina from Beethoven’s String Quartet Op. 130, offered in honor of the 200th anniversary of his death in 1827, and the radiant flute quintet by trailblazing American composer Amy Beach, complete an evening of charm and intimacy—an ideal Valentine’s Day offering. With Sarita Kwok violin; Raman Ramakrishnan, cello; Danny Kim & Stephanie Fong, violas; Tom van Dyck, bass; Siwoo Kim, violin
