About this event
One of 117 upcoming events at Montana Natural History Center, and 147 across Missoula.
Date: Friday, September 4th Time: 5:00-7:00 p.m. Location: Native Plant Garden at Fort Missoula Cost: $15 MNHC members/$20 non-members (Children under 17 are free with ticketed adult) Who says kids should have all the fun? Grab a sweep net, dust off your sense of adventure, and join us for an evening of bug hunting at the Native Plant Garden at Fort Missoula! REGISTER HERE! We’ll spend two hours exploring the garden, catching insects, and using field guides to identify our finds before releasing them back where they belong. Whether you’re a seasoned naturalist or someone who’s simply curious about the tiny creatures living all around us, this is your chance to slow down, look closely, and rediscover the joy of exploring nature. Bring your favorite beverage (BYOB) to enjoy while you wander, and feel free to bring the kids along if you’d like—they’re welcome to join the adventure! The program begins at 5:00 p.m. and all insect-hunting equipment will be provided. FAQs What’s the refund policy? The course fee (minus a 25% administrative fee) is refundable if a cancellation is made up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline. See our full refund/cancellation policy here. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Nope! We will have a list of all the attendees.
