Migratory birds have returned for breeding season! The garden and the adjacent Bitterroot River corridor host a symphony of sounds. We will easily hear and see 30 species, including a nesting osprey and house wrens, gray catbirds and warblers. We will bird in the garden then walk down to the river to see waterfowl, raptors and woodpeckers. Your guide for this afternoon is MNHC’s Garden Steward and Master Naturalist Elena Ulev. DIG IN!
