Dear Employers and Community Partners, Thank you for registering for the Job Fair & Community Resource Expo! Please review the following information to help make your arrival and setup as smooth as possible. Event Schedule * 7:30 a.m.: Exhibitor setup begins. Coffee and pan dulce will be available for exhibitors. * 8:45 a.m.: All tables should be fully set up and ready. * 9:00 a.m.: Event opens to the public. * 11:00 a.m.: Lunch will be served for exhibitors. * 2:00 p.m.: Event concludes. Please wait until 2:00 p.m. to begin packing. Arrival, Parking, and Check-In Please review the provided map before arriving. 1. If you have materials or large items for your table, please drop them off at the main entrance of the Recreational Center. Volunteers will assist with taking your materials to your assigned table. 2. After dropping off your materials, proceed to the Hohokam Soccer parking lots for exhibitor parking. 3. Once parked, please visit the registration table to check in.
