MPI is pleased to announce the extended schedule and rules for 2026 grants from the Wayne M. Goldstein Preservation Action Fund. MPI created the Fund with donations in memory of former MPI president Wayne Goldstein to support efforts for research, historic designation, restoration, preservation, and responses to legal challenges related to Montgomery County historic sites. MPI is grateful to the estate of preservationist Mary Reardon for her generous donation to this Fund, which also accepts donations earmarked for specific historic sites and projects. Proposals for grants for up to $7,500 will be accepted until June 30, 2026. Projects must be completed within one year; budgets must show a match of funds and/or in-kind.
