Pre-Teen Art & Science Club

Join us for art and science projects designed for older kids between 8 and 12 years. Participants must be able to listen to instruction and have already mastered simple skills, such as using scissors, tools, markers, chalks, crayons, different types of glues, paints, and measuring. Projects will include detailed instructions and require patience and fine motor skills to complete. No registration required; this is not a drop-in program. Arriving on time allows participants to hear all the instructions and complete projects within the hour. Upcoming Projects: September 24: To the Moon–Egg Drop! Sponsored by the Science Across America Grant (STARNet and NASA) October 29: Weaving with the San Juan Weavers Guild November 12: Braided Bracelets December 10: Black Light Painting
