Get ready for facts, fossils, and more! We will read I’m Not Scary…I’m Just a Dinosaur! The incredible features that made dinosaurs special! Written by Ben Lerwill and illustrated by Erica Salcedo; as well as Trapped in the Tar Pit: How Paleontologists Unearthed a City’s Prehistoric Past written by Jessica Stremer, and illustrated by Alexander Vidal. Then join your little one to excavate fossils, bones, and dinos! Join us for Science Story Time, an interactive learning experience for young children with their adult(s). Attendees will join a museum educator to discover exciting science topics through read-aloud picture books, conversations, and songs to develop early literacy skills. Get hands on with your little one as they get curious, experiment, look closely, and problem solve! What will you notice today?
