About this event

Outdoors Family Friendly

What happens to a tree after it falls? Let’s find out when we read When a Tree Falls by Kirsten Pendreigh and illustrated by Elke Boschinger. Then journey into the forest to look for logs and the life they support! Hands-on activities include nature exploration and practice using magnifying glasses for ages 3 and up. All materials are provided. Join us for Science Story Time, an interactive learning experience for young children and caregiver(s). Attendees will join a museum educator to discover exciting science topics through read-aloud picture books, conversations, and songs to support STEM learning for our youngest learners. Then, get hands on with your little one as they get curious, experiment, look closely, and problem solve! What will you notice today?
