Morning SUP Yoga on Mirror Lake

Join Anna Nyman on Fridays through July and August, 7:30-8:30 a.m., leaving from Mirror Lake Boat Rental (2403 Main Street, behind Player's Sports Bar). An all levels yoga class on paddle board. We will find balance, flow, strength and breath in this hour SUP yoga flow on the lake. *Class will begin yoga at 7:30 a.m. sharp, please arrive no later than 7:15 a.m. at Mirror Lake Boat Rental to be able to launch your paddle board and be ready to begin class on time.
