Mote SEA Restorative Yoga

SEArenity Restore: Evening Restorative Yoga End your day with deep relaxation, gentle restoration and a renewed sense of connection to the ocean. Join Samskara Yoga for a calming restorative yoga experience inside the peaceful setting of Mote SEA. Designed to help you unwind from the day, this all-levels practice uses fully supported postures, mindful breathing and guided relaxation to encourage rest and recovery. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be invited to reflect on the rhythms of the ocean and our connection to the marine world, embracing themes of balance, resilience and renewal that align with Mote’s mission of marine science education and ocean conservation. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a slower, more nourishing practice, this tranquil evening class offers a chance to pause, recharge, and leave feeling grounded before heading home. Registration for SEArenity Restore Yoga does not include admission to the Aquarium. Aquarium admission is not included with yoga registration. You do not need to purchase admission to attend this event. If the class minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified via email 48 hours prior to the event and given the option to reschedule or cancel your registration. This class will take place in the Portal tunnel offering a spectacular view into a Mote’s Florida Gulf habitat.
