Post Election Tabulation will include the following: All ballots received by 8:00 pm on Election Day by mail, in-person, or drop box. All ballots mailed within the United States that are postmarked by November 3 and received by November 6 at 5:00 pm will be hand counted during this continuous session and added to the final tally.
