Registration is required.registration is required for this programThe history of plant-human relationships varies across the world, yet all cultures have developed fundamental bonds with plant species unique to their heritage. Join us for an afternoon of discussing these relationships, in an introduction to practical herbalism for wellness. We will cover the ethical harvesting, processing and consumption of herbs, roots, and mushrooms for their traditional benefits. We will also cover the various actions and uses for these herbs in our daily lives. The second portion of this class will feature the creation of a flower essence, tea, infusion, tincture, vinegar, infused oil, and salve.
