Winter Solstice Forest Bathing and Luminary Walk

Cost of Admission: $10/person This is an in-person event. Space is limited. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT Join us for a guided mindful walk that explores the forest in winter. At the end of the walk, we’ll gather for a tea ceremony before making our way back along a beautiful path illuminated by luminaries. The winter solstice, a time of renewal and transition, signifies the turning point from the darkest day toward increased light as we embrace the winter season and the rebirth of the sun. The walk covers less than one mile over easy to moderate terrain. Beth Rennig is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, NYSDEC Licensed Hiking guide and a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. She is a gentle soul who is of service in helping people heal themselves as well as to find their own connection with nature. Beth lives with her husband, teen daughters and beloved rescue dog in Acra, NY. Registration is a $10 donation and is required, as space is limited.
