Patrick Wolff Quartet

  Keith Saunders- Piano Eric Markowitz- bass Mark Ferber- drums   An exciting band with a big sound, this group of some of SF’s finest has been playing together for over 9 years, focusing on original compositions and hard bop classics from Horace Silver, Kenny Dorham, and Freddie Redd. The quintet’s album Bay Blue on Bop City Records spent several months on the national jazz radio charts and was selected as one of the “Best jazz albums of 2024” by the Mercury News. For this show, they are joined by special guest Mark Ferber, one of the great modern jazz drummers.
