Cooking with Craft Beer (Ages 21+) Join us under our outdoor pavilion as Executive Chef Tommy Michel of Two Brothers Restaurants demonstrates how to cook delicious, springtime-inspired recipes featuring locally brewed Two Brothers Beer. Learn how to craft a rich Pale Ale cheese dip appetizer, whip up a bold Country Ale BBQ sauce with pulled pork sliders, and complete the experience with Chef Tommy’s Red Eye Porter Tiramisu. All food served will be paired with samples of Two Brothers Beer. Copies of all recipes will be provide for attendees to take home as well as raffle tickets for special prizes.
