This Special event will guide you through intentional movements, mindful breathwork, and a meditative reflection to celebrate the return of the light and set intentions for the season ahead. All levels welcome. Reserve your spot today as spots will be limited. The Winter Solstice Yoga special event will replace the regularly scheduled Monday night group fitness yoga class that evening.
