Program Description: Meadowlark Cancer Program and the Museum of Art + Light invite you to the inaugural Arts Rx experience, Movement in the Museum, a free evening exploring the connection between movement, creativity, and well-being. Serving as a preview of Meadowlark Cancer Program’s upcoming Muscle & Mobility health education quarter, Movement in the Museum will use the interactive artwork of contemporary artist Daniel Rozin as inspiration for gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and thoughtful movement. Designed for a wide range of abilities, the program offers an approachable way to explore how movement and visual art can support overall wellness.
