Homeschool Hours | New African Masquerades

Homeschool groups and families are invited to join the MFA as we explore culture, history, math, and the science of art.  Reveal the hidden secrets of the museum’s newest special exhibition, New African Masquerades: Artistic Innovations and Collaborations. Featuring masks and full-body costumes that embody spirits, deities and ancestors, take inspiration from these contemporary artists and create your own accessories to represent the people and things that are important to you. All ages are welcome! Instruction is geared towards ages 5-14. Home School Hours occur the second Wednesday of each month.
