Nestled in the heart of the city, these cemeteries are more than just resting places; they’re living museums where history and nature converge. Patriots and Pioneers – St. Thomas Cemetery (Thursday afternoons) Discover Coeur d’Alene’s past on the Patriots & Pioneers tour at St. Thomas Cemetery, a historic Catholic burial ground rooted in early community traditions. Visit the resting places of James and Teresa Graham and football legend Ray Flaherty, and hear the stories that shaped North Idaho. Tour Notes: Advanced tickets are required. Tickets are non-refundable. Cemetery walking tours are typically 1.5 hours in length. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
