The Grand Canyon Wolf Recovery Project (GCWRP) presents its 15th Wild & Scenic Film Festival at the Museum of Northern Arizona. This benefit for the GCWRP will screen two hours of films, including the award-winning film “Bears in Hot Tubs,” directed by Claire Musser, GCWRP’s executive director. The film explores the challenges facing both humans and non-humans in the narrowing space of the human-wildlife interface. Purchase tickets in advance. Doors open at 6 p.m., program begins at 7 p.m. The Grand Canyon Wolf Recovery Project is dedicated to bringing back wolves to help restore ecological health in the Grand Canyon region, while also recognizing wolves as sentient beings with intrinsic value and worth.
