The Work of Us™ Monthly Couples Group Led by Carole Cullen, LMFT First Tuesday of Every Month | 6:00–7:00 PM (ET) | Live on Google Meet The Monthly Couples Group is the heart of The Work of Us™. This live, therapist-led experience offers a grounded, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and practice new ways of being in relationship—together. Each month, Carole Cullen, LMFT, guides couples through themes that matter in real life: navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional connection, repairing after rupture, and staying aligned through stress and change. The group blends brief teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises you can take back into your everyday relationship. This is not couples therapy in a public setting. It is a structured, confidential, skills-based group designed to help you: Understand what’s really happening beneath your conflicts Learn how to pause and repair in moments that matter Strengthen emotional safety and connection Build habits that support long-term relationship health Couples often describe this hour as a reset—an intentional pause in the month where “us” becomes the priority again. How to Attend This group meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00–7:00 PM Eastern Time Meetings are held live via Google Meet Registration is required each month to receive your private meeting link To attend, simply click Register on this page. We encourage couples to attend together from the same space when possible, with minimal distractions, so you can fully engage in the experience.
