Join us at Mystic for a curated cheese & bourbon pairing experience — Saturday, September 5th at 12:00 PM. We’re all about disrupting the norm and creating unexpected flavor matches. A cheeseboard might usually call for wine, but we think bourbon is the perfect partner. Cheese can be salty, creamy, sharp, tangy, or fruity — and bourbon’s rich, complex profile makes it an ideal counterpart.
