100 Days Until Halloween! Skip the store and swap instead! The Hilliard Branch Library is hosting a Halloween Costume Exchange. Donate gently used, clean costumes from August 1st- October 9th and receive one ticket for each complete costume. Return on October 15 to trade your tickets for a “new-to-you” costume! Save money, reduce waste, and help make Halloween fun for everyone. Leftover costumes will be donated to local families. Hilliard Branch Library 904-530-6500 opt. 4
