Halloween Costume Swap! Happy Summerween, the Hilliard Branch Library is helping you get a head start on your spooky celebrations. How it works: Drop off: Bring gently used, clean costumes (all ages welcome!) to the Hilliard Branch Library from August 1st-October 9th Get a ticket: You will receive one exchange ticket for each complete costume you donate. Swap day: Come back on October 15th from 5-7 to use your tickets and pick out a “new-to-you” costume for this year! Let’s make this Halloween fun for the whole community. Costume donations are welcomed. Leftover costumes will be donated to local families.
