Each month, the National Museum of the Great Lakes invites homeschoolers to dive into the important role of the Great Lakes socio-ecological system through this STEAM-based monthly homeschool series. Each month will cover a different topic with guided inquiry-based learning and fun hands-on activities.  Program Snapshot When: First Wednesday of each month, September – May, 10 am-11:30 am Cost: Included with Museum admission, free for NMGL members Format: 90‑minute sessions featuring rotating themes Who: Core ages 7–14 (younger and older siblings welcome) Capacity: Limited to 20 students per session for personalized, project‑based learning Where: National Museum of the Great Lakes, 1701 Front St., Toledo, OH Why Attend: Engage in real‑world maritime adventures, collaborate with peers, and leave with take‑home projects that extend learning beyond the museum Space is limited—reserve your child’s spot today and set sail on a year of discovery!
