📅 Thursday, October 15, 2026 | 10:30 a.m. Get ready to spread your wings and discover the amazing birds living right outside your window! Join Jamie Cunningham, Education Director at the Black Swamp Bird Observatory, for a fun, hands-on adventure into the world of backyard birds. Little explorers will learn how to identify common birds by their colorful feathers and unique songs, discover what different birds like to eat, and find out why each species plays an important role in our environment. Through interactive activities and plenty of opportunities to observe, listen, and ask questions, children will leave with a new appreciation for the feathered friends they see every day. Lil’ Scupper’s Kids Club programs are included with museum admission and are free for members and Museums for All participants. Recommended for young learners (up to 6 years old) and their caregivers. Older siblings always welcome! Registration coming soon!

Keep exploring
